Sonoma

The all HOC retreat was amazing in its own way. Although the messages were swell and there were fun activities, I was affected most by the people, the youth of my church. I felt like I truly had a community supporting me and looking after me as I embark on the next part of my life. And I feel like God has once again become the center of my life. Somewhere hidden amidst the questions I had about my faith and my disappointment in life, I realized that God is a good God and that He loves me dearly. I feel like my topsy-turvy world has finally been restored and my attention finally directed toward Him. I went to retreat with little expectations and received far more than I could have ever imagined. God is pretty cool.
