We Are Blessed
Last week a group of people from Canada and Minnesota came down on a weeklong cycle. I talked to some of them and realized how blessed I truly am.
When we go on mission trips at HOC5 we send out letters asking for donations and if we don’t get enough than the church will pay for the rest. When I talked to the people from Canada and Minnesota they told us that they had to raise their own money. By raise their own money I mean that they had to work multiple jobs for up to a month just to be able to spend a week or so down in Mexico.
It blows my mind how we take so many things for granted in cupertino yet we still find so many pointless things to whine about.
We are so blessed and we don’t even know it.
Somewhere in the world there are real dedicated Christians willing to make huge sacrifices for God. I hope that one day I can have the same attitude as them.
